Bogdan won the solo award for a case study on the Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park and its multi-layered governance model (international, institutional, and Indigenous). With his World Team, he created and presented an AI-driven mobile app concept called ‘YOUnesco’ – a community-based platform for tourist engagement via real-time heritage damage reporting. 

The YICGG is an international competition aimed at young innovators interested in addressing global challenges and developing innovative solutions in the fields of peacebuilding, international cooperation, and sustainable development. The competition was co-organised by Shanghai's Fudan University and Ca'Foscari University of Venice.
