Application process

Unless stated otherwise, all applications for our vacancies are made online, through the University of Oxford Jobs and vacancies website (accessible via the links beneath the job adverts on these pages).

If you wish to apply for a vacancy at ODID, please read carefully the details regarding submission in the job description (available via the link to the University vacancies site). These usually ask for a detailed curriculum vitae giving the names and contact details of two (or three, depending on the post) referees (including their telephone number, address and email) plus a supporting statement.

Due to the additional work it creates, and in fairness to other applicants, we do not accept late applications for any of our posts. Please ensure that you are aware of the application deadline for any post that you are interested in, and submit yours in plenty of time. All posts close promptly at noon on the advertised closing date.

If you experience any difficulties in using the University's online application system, please contact recruitment.support@admin.ox.ac.uk.

Thank you
Head of Administration, ODID
