Sheela Paudel

Sheela is the HR Assistant and provides administrative support to the department. Before joining ODID, she worked at Oxfam focusing on volunteer recruitment and volunteer learning and development.

Sheela holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading and a MSc in International Human Resource Management from Queen Mary, University of London.
