Adhvik Shetty
Adhvik is a PhD candidate in International Development at the University of Oxford. His research looks at reproductive health programmes in India to investigate the relationship between development, demography, and the body. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked on social protection, nutrition, and human development at the UN World Food Programme.
Adhvik holds a BA in Human, Social, and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Anthropology and Development Studies from the London School of Economics, where he was awarded the Mair Prize for Best Dissertation. His research is generously funded by the ESRC Grand Union DTP Studentship and the Lincoln College Kingsgate Scholarship.
