Delphine Boagey
Delphine Boagey is the Oxford Community Hub (OCH) Programme Officer at the Refugee-Led Research Hub (RLRH), based within the University of Oxford’s Department of International Development. She leads programmes to support displacement-affected scholars and builds partnerships that strengthen collaboration between refugee-led initiatives, local organisations and academic institutions, with a focus on equitable access, community-centred engagement, and the development of leadership skills in research and practice.
In previous roles, Delphine has worked in research communications with the Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS), and in youth, education, and emergency aid distribution with non-governmental organisations including the British Red Cross, Community Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers and Oxfam GB. She has contributed to more than 15 interdisciplinary research projects, including the Migration Observatory and the Global Exchange on Migration and Diversity, and is currently a Research Affiliate with COMPAS.
Delphine holds an MSc in Migration Studies at the University of Oxford. In her spare time, she works with Oxford Mutual Aid, a volunteer-led grassroots community organisation offering localised support.
