Muhammad Meki awarded Associate Professor title
Congratulations to Muhammad Meki, who has been awarded the title of Associate Professor in the latest Conferral of Title procedure.
Muhammad is now Associate Professor and OCIS Fellow in Islamic Finance.
Muhammad is a development economist whose research focuses on microfinance. He holds a joint appointment between ODID and and the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies (OCIS). He is also Associate Member of the Department of Economics, and affiliated with the Centre for the Study of African Economies (CSAE) and Pembroke College.
Muhammad has a DPhil from the Department of Economics and also completed the MSc in Economics for Development at ODID.
