Elena Fiddian-Qasmiyeh's Research on Faith Communities and Humanitarian Situations Cited in Guardian
A working paper co-edited by Elena Fiddian-Qasmiyeh of the Refugee Studies Centre on local faith communities and humanitarian situations has been cited in an article in the Guardian.
The article, 'Faith-based organisations: should dogma be left out of development?', explores the contribution of faith-based organisations and local faith communities to the development agenda.
RSC/JLI Working Paper 90 on 'Local faith communities and the promotion of resilience in humanitarian situations' was co-edited by Elena Fiddian-Qasmiyeh and Professor Alastair Ager of Columbia University.
