The department is a lively community that is recognised internationally as one of the top centres for research and teaching in development studies.
Helen is responsible for financial processing, monitoring and reporting across the team. She works with the Programme Manager and Programme Officers to deliver effective financial systems and reporting to funders, with a particular focus on the portfolio of research grants.
Before joining Young Lives, Helen worked for Oxfam in funding and finance roles for many years. She has experience of a wide range of donors, project management, financial forecasting and audit support.
