Cathryn is the principal researcher (with Professor Mark Freedland, St John's College) on Migrants at Work, funded by the John Fell Fund, Society of Legal Scholars (SLS), St John’s College Research Centre and Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS) Oxford.

The project aims to explore intersections between immigration law and labour law, and will lead to an edited collection as well as other research outputs.
