Rachael Amanda

Assistant to the Director, OPHI

Rachael Amanda serves as Assistant to the Director at the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI), overseeing the Director's schedule, international engagements, high-profile meetings, correspondence, and presentations.

Before joining OPHI, she gained experience in advocacy, project management, executive support, and research with several CSOs, and international organizations, including the Inter-religious Council of Uganda, and the European Union Delegation in Uganda. 

She has a European Interdisciplinary Masters African Studies (EIMAS) from the University of Porto, University of Bayreuth, and Bordeaux Montaigne and a BA in Governance and International Relations from Uganda Christian University.
