Miles Tendi Writes in Guardian on Blair's Alleged Plan to Invade Zimbabwe

Departmental Lecturer Miles Tendi has written a comment piece for the Guardian on allegations that former UK prime minister Tony Blair had sought a military intervention to topple Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe.

In the article, Dr Tendi suggests that fears of an intervention by the UK was one factor that helped forge a siege mentality in the Zimbabwean military, and partly shaped Zimbabwean generals' decision to side with Mugabe against internal opposition.
