ODID Junior Research Fellow Indrajit Roy has won a £16,200 grant from the International Growth Centre (IGC) for a project entitled ‘Changing Face of Internal Circular Migration in Bihar, India’.

He intends to develop a large-scale comparative project on political remittances conveyed by internal circular migrants in India.

The IGC, based at ODID, the Economics Department and the LSE in London aims to provide practical help to promote growth in developing countries through demand-led policy advice based on frontier research.
